How are the BASE POINTS of each CYBER-YAKUZA ATTRIBUTE calculated?
The base points are given randomly when the cyber-yakuza is created for the 4 attributes. The amount of points depends on the rarity of the cyber-yakuza:
- COMMON: 10 to 15
- RARE: 13 to 20
- EPIC: 16 to 25
- LEGENDARY: 22 to 30
