To move up in grade,you must recruit enough cyber-yakuza of one rarity you unlock the right to recruit one of a higher rarity. There are 4 grades:
The NOVICE grade is the one of that all new players have. You don't have to recruit a cyber-yakuza to get it, you can recruit a cyber-yakuza common
The MASTER grade is the grade you'll get after recruiting 4 common cyber-yakuza. The day you pass MASTER you will have the right to recruit a rare cyber-yakuza.
The GRANDMASTER grade is the grade you'll get after recruiting 3 rare cyber-yakuza. The day you reach GRANDMASTER you'll be entitled to recruit an EPIC cyber-yakuza
The LEGEND grade is the grade you'll get after recruiting 2 legendary cyber-yakuza, The day you pass LEGEND you'll have reached the highest grade currently possible.
