To prevent the different ranking challenges from being exploited by cyber-yakuza transfer manipulations, we had to introduce a "cooldown" system
Here are the different systems depending on the type of tranfer:
Simple transfer (wallet A to wallet B)
Street mission freeze D
Fight mission freeze D and D+1
Return transfer of a cyber-yakuza in the same wallet in D (wallet A to wallet , then back to wallet A on the same day)
Street mission freeze on D and D+1
Fight mission freeze on D and D+1
Buy a cyber-yakuza on Opensea
Street and Fight missions are available immediately
