To activate the BRAWL button, each of your cyber-yakuza must have a fight bar level equivalent to the others (50% or 100%)
Once this prerequisite has been met, the BRAWL will activate and deactivate after the first 1v1. You'll then need to ensure that each of your cyber-yakuza.
Starting with a 100% bar for each of your cyber-yakuza, you'll be able to perform 2 BRAWL per day.
